I got a little confused. Why should you use the compressor of the waves guitar to your snare? Use the reaper compressor it's great! Unless you love that compressor that much!
Anyway in order to use whatever compressor or FX you want to your snare (or any other instrument) you should send each drum of your EZdrummer mixer to your Reaper mixer so you can edit them seperately.
This could take some time but as always Reaper likes to help you so simply right click on the FX in the FX Chain window and select "Build Multichannel routing to this Plugin."
Now go to your EZdrummer mixer click to one track's output and select Multichannel.
Voila! All the tracks from your EZdrummer mixer have been now transfered to your Reaper mixer!

if i right click in reaper and insert virtual instrument and open my drum VST,it automatically opens it multichannel as opposed to opening it as an FX on a track.
you can then add any vst as normal to any of the tracks(snare, tom whatever)
