We had this crazy night of rain. The roof on my garage was completely flat, or so i though, it must have had a slight dip in the middle which caused the water to pool. Didnt think anything of it until during the night I heard it go down. The weight of the water plus the addition of the rain constantly pouring down caved the whole thing in. This happened about a year ago, if not more. The place is still damp inside, although I built a completely new SLOPED roof now, so there is always the chance that once my budget permits it, to build it back up. I spent literally thousands on the equipment in it. 4 rooms of soundproofing plus a control room, ruined

i'd kill the man that fixed the roof the last time before it collapsed
